1 Day Course
Cyber Security & Operational Efficieny Training Programme
Description
This training workshop is designed for SME to get a better understanding of the importance of improving operational efficiency through data storage and developing a plan to better protect the data against Cyber-attacks. The workshop outlines strategies on how to store data in efficient manner and develop a Cyber Security strategy that would protect company data records. The one-day course focuses on improving the operational efficiency of SMEs through standardised processes that will enable better use of time and potential cost savings.
At the end of the workshop, the participant will have a roadmap that will outline the importance of Cyber security and data storage to be able to improve the company data assets and improve the operational efficiencies.
There will be a follow up session after the completion of the training workshop which will assess the implementation and re-train on the key processes and cyber strategy that may not be executed correctly.
The training will be delivered either by Zoom or a workshop method.

The workshop outlines strategies on how to store data in efficient manner and develop a Cyber Security strategy, E-Commerce efficiencies and protecting company data records via Data storage protocols. The Three-day course focuses on improving the operational efficiency of SMEs through standardised processes that will enable better use of time and potential cost savings.
At the end of the workshop, the participant will have a roadmap that will outline the importance of Cyber security, data storage and bettering the output of an e-commerce strategy.
